Talent Evaluations are designed to provide objective and independent insights into a candidate's skills, ability, and fit for an organization. This objective and comprehensive review of an applicant can help you make sound decisions and ensure you are fully aware of someone's strengths and development areas before bringing them on board.
Given that no one is perfect, our evaluations also offer insights on leveraging strengths and mitigating gaps to help ensure higher performance and a longer-term fit.
This type of evaluation consists of two untimed personality assessments and three cognitive assessments. The combination of these assessments allows clients to examine up to 20 different competencies. Each client has the ability to use their own competencies or select from over 75 different empirically supported competencies that have already been developed and validated across dozens of industries and roles.

Our executive selection process will provide you with the objective lens from which to consider each candidate and the critical information you need to make a sound decision about who leads your organization. We use empirically supported leadership competencies to help provide a thorough evaluation of their skills, abilities, and experience.

These reports provide examples of exercises, tips, and tricks that can make learning easier.
