Talent Assessments are a thorough and objective review of an individuals strengths and developmental areas in relation to specific job related criteria and/or future career aspirations. This process is a predictive evaluation of an individual's skill, ability, knowledge, values interests and personality.  This type evaluation is ideally suited for organizations that are:


  • Struggling with turnover
  • Seeking to minimize hiring risk and bias in decision making
